◆ บริการจัดส่งฟรีเมื่อสั่งซื้อกล่องประเภท 6 ชิ้น จำนวน 10 กล่องขึ้นไป หรือกล่องประเภท 2 ชิ้น จำนวน 30 กล่องขึ้นไป
◆ ค่าธรรมเนียมการจัดส่ง : คิดค่าธรรมเนียมตามระยะทาง
ต่ำกว่า 3 กม. : THB 100+ | 3 - 15 กม. : THB 300+ | 15 - 30 กม. : THB 600+
◆ กรณีที่อยู่ไม่ถูกต้อง: โรงแรมฯ อาจเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติมหากการจัดส่งไม่สำเร็จเนื่องจากที่อยู่ไม่ถูกต้อง
◆ กรุณาโทรติดต่อ 02 624 5555 ล่วงหน้าเพื่อแจ้งนัดหมายการรับสินค้า
◆ กรุณารับขนมไหว้พระจันทร์ภายในช่วงเวลารับสินค้าที่กำหนด ณ โรงแรม lebua at State Tower
◆ คำสั่งสั่งซื้อจำนวนมากอาจใช้เวลาเตรียมสินค้ามากกว่าปกติ ทั้งนี้ทางโรงแรมฯ จะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
◆ คำสั่งซื้อไม่สามารถขอคืนเงิน โอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่น หรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้
◆ สินค้าที่ไม่ได้มารับภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด อาจถือว่าสละสิทธิ์และไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้

◆ Complimentary delivery for orders of 6-piece mooncake boxes (10 boxes or more) and 2-piece mooncake boxes (30 boxes or more)
◆ Delivery fees vary by distance.
Less than 3 km: THB 100+ | 3–15 km: THB 300+ | 15–30 km: THB 600+
◆ Incorrect Address : Additional charges may apply for unsuccessful delivery due to an incorrect address.
◆ Please contact us at 02 624 5555 in advance to arrange the collection.
◆ Mooncakes must be collected within the specified collection period at lebua at State Tower.
◆ Large orders may require additional lead time. The hotel will provide advance notice.
◆ Orders are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
◆ Uncollected items after the collection period may be forfeited without refund.

◆ In a 6-piece box, you may select up to 2 pieces of the same flavour
◆ In a 2-piece box, Chocolate and Custard cannot be paired together — you may choose one of these flavours with any other flavour of your choice.
